When: Friday • September 21, 2018 • 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Where: The Mountaineers Club • 7700 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle 98115
What: Listen, plan, act, repeat – this is our mantra. We embrace our “failures” as an opportunity to create smarter programs; to have greater impact. Throughout the evening you will hear and engage with stories from our field staff in Malawi, learn what it means to Fail Forward, and enjoy a variety of complimentary appetizers, desserts, and beverages. It’ll be a night you won’t want to miss!
Who: All ages are welcome. (Tickets must be purchased for children ages 5 and up.)
Why: EKARI’s work represents the next evolution in the approach to poverty alleviation. We are not trying to solve problems for our beneficiaries. We are solving it with them, so that one day they can solve problems for themselves and each other. This requires even more willingness to listen, learn, and adjust our approach. We are excited to share just how EKARI is “failing forward” and where these lessons will take us next.
How: Limited seating is available. TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE! $25 per ticket.
Your questions/contributions are greatly appreciated if you are not able to attend.
